  • The Plans are intended only for personal use of included services. SCUD reserves the right to discontinue the free Voice and Unlimited data benefits offered as part of the Plans in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and commercial use.
  • Benefit mentioned in the Top-up voucher refers to data which can be used for availing existing plan benifit, while the subscriber is on an active plan.
  • The prepaid recharge once processed, can neither be refunded for cash nor be transferred to any other account.
  • Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of validity unless specified otherwise.
  • Commercial use policy of 3000 GB and post speed 1 Mbps applicable on all Truly Unlimited Plans.
  • Shifting charges of Rs 1000/- applicable, if subscriber wish relocate within the feasible limits.
  • Latency to any gaming server depends upon several factors which are beyond our control and we also do not guarantee specific latency to specific destination
  • Free OTT content subscription is available strictly for customer TV or Android Box , Amazon Firestick and not for mobile devices.
  • Speed mention in all plans are upto speed, and not guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth.
  • Pro lan side technical support is available for problems related to wifi router used as range extender.
  • Performance of OTT Apps Content is not guaranteed, as the services are being provided free of cost to subscribers.
  • OTT Apps Subscription may or may not be part of future subscription renewal.
  • One Time Activation Charges Rs 499 Applicable For Landline Phone Service And Telephone Device Need To Be Arrange By Customer.
  • Customer getting activated in FREE INSTALLATION scheme will not get any additional yearly plan discounts which was part of old plans.
